Not finding Listing when searching by State

    Ive built a site that is listing Ice sports venues and activities around the United states.
    I have about 250 Listings in several states. https://gamebeast.com
    I’ve created a lot of search criteria for the User. I tend to search by state.
    But the results are uneven:
    Ice hockey: New Jersey or NJ works great.
    Ice hockey: Maryland or MD works great.
    Ice hockey: Pennsylvania or PA and Nothing comes up. I KNOW I have a lot of listings for that search.
    They come up when you enter Philadelphia — You have to enter a city for PA but not New Jersey or Maryland. I have a listing in Coralville, Iowa. It also comes up when you enter The City but Not the State or its abbreviation. I have several Ice hockey listings in Las Vegas, Nevada.
    They come up under Las Vegas but not Nevada or NV. Any ideas why that might be?
    I don’t think theres any difference in the listings.
