Not getting notifications

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi

    I dont seem to be getting notifications when new listings are submitted, despite having the box checked to do so.

    Is there something else I have to do?

    It could be a bug in the forum since last wordpress update.

    Yes, have checked the spam folder, to be honest, this is a problem I’ve been having for months, but only just managed to pay for support to find out the cause, so this may be something I’ve done wrong rather than just the update :/

    It used to work fine, but one day it just stopped. Now I only realise when new listings are added when I get a paypal payment or a new image shows up in my media folder…

    Hi, I think Paolo mixed up your issue with another one.

    If you have no luck fixing please provide wp-admin and FTP and i will run some tests.

    Have you checked your spam folder?

    I’ve just tested on our demo and it seems to work and I don’t see any plugin on your install that could create a conflict.

    In case they are not in your spam folder can you ask to your server admin for your mailserver logs?

    In case Stiofan would also need your FTP credentials.
