Not hiding County in Add-Listing

Hi,

So on my one site this works perfect, but in the new site it doesn’t.

Under GD > Place Settings > Custom Fields > Street Address I have clicked “No” to both the “Show Country” and “Show Neighbourhood,” options (see attached pic “backend settings.”). However, on the front-end, it still shows the user the required Country (see attached pic “add listing front end.”) And… if someone just puts a city in the street address field, it then generates the “Neighbourhood” section (see attached pic “front end with neighbourhood added”). I’ve cleared my cache several times, tried turning the options back on and off several times… still happens. It’s happening for all 4 of my CPT’s.
