Not Seeing Shortcode builder after upgrade to V2

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Using multi-site set up, i went through the upgrade line by line.
    But the short code builder button doesn’t show up.
    I also wonder if the upgrade completed?
    I keep seeing this message.
    GeoDirectory data update – Your database is being updated in the background. Taking a while? Click here to run it now.

    I’ve clicked it a few times, and not sure if that worked.
    I also ran this in the url, but getting 404 error
    &do_update_geodirectory=1
