Notifications not retaining line breaks

    Hello. I’ve read a couple of forums where people are having trouble inserting line breaks in their notification emails. I too have the same problem and have already tried adding “<br/> and <p></p> tags in the html field. After saving the newly coded emails the tags disappear. The email looks great in “Visual” view but aren’t received via email with any line breaks. Is there a setting somewhere to allow html tags to be used or another way to force line breaks?

    Try turning off
    GD > Notifications > Options tab > Use advanced editor? (slow loading)

    Or make sure not to switch back to Visual after adding correct HTML in the text editor. Email programs require correct HTML.
