One Place multiple Categories?

    Hi

    I’m setting up my directory and thought going with CPT would be the best solution to make it nice and easy to manage.
    Now I have a listing which would be a restaurant. This restaurant however, does work as a restaurant but at night also a bar/night club. Restaurants and Nightlife are two different CPTs so what would be the best way? Do I need to add the listing twice?

    Do I have the chance to set different custom fields based on a category as well or only per CPT?

    Hi,

    in that case the only option is to enter a listing in both CPT, one as restaurant and one as bar / nightclub.

    Custom Fields can be created per CPT. However there is a workaround to assign them only to 1 category and it is to create a Specific Price for each category. In that case you can enable/disable custom fields per price too.
