Only one of the added cities showing up in dropdown for Add Listing form

    A user notified me that, in the Add Listing form, only one city is being displayed in the City dropdown. He is unable to select his city, as it is not displayed. I was able to duplicate the issue.

    I have 3 different locations added in WPAdmin>>GeoDirectory>>MultiLocations>>Location Settings>>GeoDirectory Location Settings>>City. It was previously working, and I had not changed anything (except, perhaps, updating the plugins).
