Openstreetmap Geolocate without user confirmaiton

    Hi support,

    I was reading several posts here, which made clear that when using Google Maps it is requested that the user allows to be geo-located, regarding the Google policies.

    I am wondering what about OpenStreetMap?

    Does also require user confirmation or it can be used to auto-locate the user as Yelp, Foursquare etc. are doing it when the user initially visits their websites?
