Option to use Buddypress Registration Form not saving

    For some reason when I select the option to use the Buddypress Registration form in the settings, it will not retain the setting when I click save. When the page reloads, it is not checked. Buddypress is installed and I am using the KLEO theme. I have tried deactivating and reactivating the GeoDirectory Buddypress Integration addon and it still doesn’t work. Please help.
