Order of packages in Ninja claim form

    Hi I am using the NF for claim listings, and am trying to change the order in which the packages appear in the NF dropdown selector. I tried changing the order in the CPT Settings>Package but that changes only the order they appear in the add listing form, not in the NF claim form. I looked in NF settings and in Invoice items but couldnt find any setting for this/ Can you please advise?

    There isn’t a setting for that but I will ask the developers to look into it.

    Hi Vivek,

    Packages option are designed to list in display order already, but on your site something preventing packages to display in that order.

    Provide us FTP credentials to check more.

    Hi Vivek,

    Packages display order in claim form fixed. Actually packages were displayed in order what they saved in claim packages option from package settings.

    I have fixed this issue and patch applied on your site too.

    Thanks, Kiran – so NF shows them in the order of saving, and not the order set in packages? Now the patch will show the same order in both add listing as well as NF, right?

    As you have applied the patch in staging, can you pls advise which file(s) i need to replace in production site?

    Now packages will be displayed in display order(Display Order) set in package. In same order that add listing shows.
