Order of registration/payment process within GEO Directory

    Hi

    This question may be a little simple and if people could point me to where i can find the answer in the help files that would be great.

    I am looking to set up a directory where I would like the registration process to be

    a) Customer fills in name/email/phone/password
    b) Email verifying the new registration, they click on link
    c) They are taken to login page, or a ‘dashboard’
    d) Once here they can enter all their directory details.
    e) Once completed they can confirm
    f) Once confirmed they select ‘pay monthly’ or ‘pay annually’
    g) then taken off to payment processor.

    Is this process pretty much possible in GEO Directory out of the box? or with some re-direct/customisation ?

    That is how it works except you should move f) before d)

    a) Customer fills in name/email/phone/password: best to use https://userswp.io/
    b) Email verifying the new registration, they click on link
    c) They are taken to login page, or a ‘dashboard’ where they can select to add a listing
    f) Then they select ‘pay monthly’ or ‘pay annually’
    d) Then they can enter all their directory details.
    e) Once completed they can confirm
    g) then taken off to payment processor.

    Sorry for delay in getting back.

    Why do I need https://userswp.io/ surely GEO Directory comes with some registration process?

    Would be a weird directory without one?

    You don’t need UsersWP, we only suggest it to give your users a better experience.
    GD will work without UsersWP. GD uses the standard WP login and register functions if you do not use any other registration plugin.
