    Hello,

I have used the GD Pricing Manager plugin, and made several packages, there are free and paid packages that I have made. However, all paid packages cannot choose the “Downgrade to” option to the free package. There is only an “Expired” option.

I want to make all paid packages have the “Downgrade to” option to the Free package. How does this feature work? Please help.

Note: I will grant administrator access to the thread below.

    Thank you!

    I cannot find the reason.
It works fine for adding new Event packages, but not for gd_place CPTs etc.
I’ll get a developer to have a look after the weekend.
    Thanks

    Hi Guust,

Okay okay, I think all CPTs are like that. Incidentally, I just started gd_place CPT.

Thank you, I hope this issue can get a solution.

    Regards,

If a package is to be a downgrade option, that package must not be recurring and must be free. If you uncheck recurring for the free package, it should be ok. Let us know how it goes.
