Hi there I have two packages Free – Paid. If the subscriber does not renew then I have set to downgrade to the free package.

However, it does not actually do it but leaves everything as is.

    Could you please advise.

    Thank you.

    Hi Eileen,

Thanks for your post. Could you please check and see if you’ve configured the “Expired Listing Status” to expired as explained here? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/pricing-manager/#settings

    Hi Kor

It was set to expired but today I changed it to pending review to see if there was a difference but its the same, still completely visable.

I am having a problem with stripe and renewals at the moment ie stripe renewed but not on website so dont want these to be completely removed because they have been marked as expired because they have actually paid.

However I have others doing the same it they were set to expired but still completely showing.

On expiry is all the information deleted as if not then I will go back to this and see what difference that makes.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

If the paid package is recurring, and was setup through a gateway, for example with a Stripe checkout, then it should downgrade, yes.

But if it was set up manually on a recurring price package, then no because automatic downgrade or expiration is triggered by a remote gateway.

If it isn’t working as expected, please send a link to a listing that should have been downgraded and we will check it out. Be sure to include WP Admin credentials in a private reply.

    Thanks
