Packages not showing in 'Add Listing' page

    I’ve setup 2 additional packages using the recommended ‘Invoicing’ plugin but they’re not showing on the ‘Add Listing’ page. I’ve had problems with the core plugin not adding Countries and this further simple issue doesn’t inspire much confidence in GeoDirectory – especially given that I paying for a premium membership.
