    Hi, I need some help with the ‘look’ of my directory pages. Currently, they fill the entire width of the screen to the point they’re nearly falling off the sides of the screen (screenshots attached).

    I’d really like there to be some padding down the sides of the screen. I’ve tried changing the % of the page each section uses in the ‘Design’ section, but it’s not making any difference.

    I’m using the Pinnacle premium theme.

    Am I missing anything woefully obvious here?

    Hi,

    in this case the plugin needs instruction to adapt to the theme template.
    That can be easily done via GeoDirectory >> Theme Compatibility.

    If you please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply, we will check your theme layout classes and do the necessary.

    Hi Paolo,

    That’s brilliant, thanks!

    I didn’t know my Location Manager was out-of-date – I always update plugins as soon as I get the notification, so I’m not sure what happened there – I don’t recall seeing it on my updates page. But, thanks for sorting that too.

    Yes, I’d missed that one 🙂

    It’s all disappeared, by the way, all the formatting you’d sorted for me. It’s all back to how it was originally, sitting right up against the sides of the screen (http://tetisheri.co.uk/collections/). I think it happened after some plugin updates. Sorry, Paolo, but could you put the hooks (?) back in and I’ll do a backup of them in case it happens again.

    Hi,

    I went to GeoDirectory >> Theme COmpatibility and simply reselected the Pinnacle_Premium_options that are saved in the database.

    Updates cannot remove them…

    Hi Paolo, yes, that seems to have sorted the problem. I hadn’t gone into the theme compatibility section at all, so I don’t know what happened, but I’ll know what to do next time 🙂
