Pages layout

    Hi,
    will the pages (home,listing,detail,search etc.) have a fixed layout? For example on the home page you have entry-content and sidebar right. Can the layout be customized? For example to remove the sidebar on the home page or detail page?

    Hi Luca,

    If your theme has different page templates you can switch them in the page template settings, if not you could make a new page template.

    I forgot to mention I am using Supreme theme. Can I make new page templates in it?

    Yes you can, but keep a backup of it incase you update the child theme and lose it.

    Hi there, I am confused on this as well. I had to put a URL in a custom menu link to get this page https://gcci.com.au/businesses/

    I want to remove the sidebar but I dont even have a page. Is there a shortcode for just the listings page like I have so i can create a page and try setting sidebar to none?

    I’ve read the solution in the docs https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/page-design/#faq

    Basically there are 3 ready-made layouts
    Full width (without the sidebar)
    Geodirectory (with the sidebar)
    Geodirectory (with the map sidebar)

    The page templates depend on your theme.
    All GD widgets have options to show on specific pages only.
