Password reset fail

Hi,
Some users of my GeoDirectory site tell me that they cannot reset their password. When they do so, they receive a new autogenerated password but if they try to login to the site they have a wrong password message. Is it a known issue?

No it’s not a known issue.

I just tested on 2 of my test websites and in both it worked as expected.
