Paying for a Listing that's already paid for

I just noticed that if I select upgrade listing it doesn’t automatically upgrade the listing. The visitor can inadvertently pay for a listing pricing package that already has been paid for. I think this may be good to fix in V2 if possible. One way would be to warn the user “this package has already been paid for, if you want to upgrade please select a different package.” Another or an additional way may be to, after they select upgrade, automatically select the next package.
