Payment addon > monthly payments deactivates post each month's end

    Hello – we have a geodirectory install with multiple payment options including monthly recurring payments with paypal. Everything works fine exept each time a listing gets renewed monthly, the listing becomes “draft” and needs to be re-activated manually.

    Is there a setting foir this not to happen? The desired behavior would be to de-activate the listing only if monthly payment does not come in.

    btw – i know this question goes in the “payment addon” forum, but cannot post in there since my membership expired. I will gladly consider buying a new yearly membership if you guys settle this issue with me. thanks in advance.

    Hi Hugues,

    but it doesn’t work that way.

    We only provide support to active members for the very last version. We would have provided support for this only if you’d ask when your membership was still active and you had only latest versions installed.
