payment manager error

    We are having difficulty making the update. It says there is no license key. Error attached.

    Please help.

    Hi Kathy,

    You will need to add this plugin: https://wpgeodirectory.com/wp-easy-updates/

    Then add your license if not added already, and you should get an update button.

    After getting one thing to work, it gives this error again. see attached

    And the field to put the license in has disappeared (there should be 3 fields here, one for the Payment Manager, it was here 5 mins ago)!

    From our tech:

    In the mean time, please let Geo. know that the license keeps disappearing for the payment gateway plugin, and that the invoicing plugin shut off with the last WP upgrade and this upgrade just now activated it again. We did a WP upgrade about a week ago I think? Not sure, I have done a lot of upgrades with them. Also, their auto-updater doesn’t work at all with our system. It might be the security, which we need, but that shouldn’t affect the other two.

    I am guessing the license disappeared because you went from V1 to V2.

    You can find the new Gateways addons at https://wpinvoicing.com/downloads/category/gateways/
    And licenses at https://wpinvoicing.com/your-account/

    You should leave WP Easy Updates activated.

    Hi, our issue is not with the Payment Gateway, that is resolved. What we don’t understand is why the WP Easy Update has two plugin folders, one of which activates, and the other produces a fatal error when we try to activate. The attached images are a screenshot of the plugins folder, a screenshot of the WP dashboard plugins, and a screenshot of the error.

    Hi,

    you installed it twice. Once from github (master) and once from https://wpeasyupdates.com/.

    With FTP, delete the folder wp-easy-updates-master and keep the other.
