Payment methods not all showing in backend

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    In two installs of the plugin, one showed 8 payment methods, the other 6.

    GeoDirectory/Prices and Payments/Payments

    The changes is Google Wallet and Cash
