Payment options not showing

Hi

On the prices and payments options I have two accounts activated, Pre Bank Transfer, and paypal,

So when I add a vendor, I get to the preview page but there are no payment options showing?

Is there perhaps a setting that im missing? Should the paypal account be active before it shows up as an option?
