paypal password problems

    Hi there, Happy New Year!!!

    Can you help me? some people are able to pay just fine with the paypal integration and some people say their password will not apply. they try to pay but cannot login to the system with their paypal password.

    also, do you know where the money would go if its not ending up in my paypal account. i have no money in my paypal account from the registered listings who have paid. do you have any idea where the money is?

    Hello!

    1# – Members cannot login to Paypal – Your customers may visit Paypal to reset their Paypal password.
    2# – Payments not recorded in Paypal – Please check to make sure you do not have the ‘sandbox’ mode enabled; disable the sandbox to make sure you are processing live transactions.

    Your site should be running the WP Invoicing plugin with V2+ of GeoDirectory Pricing Manager. Please make sure all your plugins are up to date.
