Paypal Payment only available to Business Account

Hi,

I have noticed that during checkout to pay on paypal it presents an error message that says the feature is only available to Business or Premier accounts.

Could this have something to do with the Recurring Payment Option? I have set up Yearly Renewal for 30 times. Does renewal require a Business or Premier account to push through?

I have attached Screen Capture of the Error Message on Paypal and my Listing Set Up.

Is your PayPal gateway still set to “Sandbox”?
