PayPal payment option not showing up

    After creating an account and selecting to add a listing I picked a paid package, added the information, accepted the terms and continued to the listing preview.
    At this point I click on the button to continue to payment however instead of sending me to PayPal site for me to make the payment it sends me to the listing and does not give me the option to pay.

    I just noticed this today however not sure how long it has been happening.
