Paypal 'Pending Payment' Payment Received, Listing Not Published

    Having paid for a listing with Paypal using invoicing checkout, the payment goes through to PayPal but the listing isnt published.
    The receipt page shows Pending payment after the payment confirmation page.
    A record is made in invoicing, but invoicing shows Pending Payment(r).

    Using payment manager 2.0.34
    Using invoicing 1.0.10
    Using Invoicing stripe addon 1.0.6

    Tried to test with Sandbox but Paypal shows “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.” – return to merchant.
