I am having issues with getting recurring payments using the invoicing(w/paypal payments pro add-on) to work.

In the paypal payments pro gateway settings under Invoices, the settings ask me for a API Username, API Password, and API Signature. After providing this information and running a test transaction, I receive the following error message: “Paypal Pro payment error occurred. DPRP is disabled for this merchant”

I contacted Paypal support to understand the issue. They informed me that the plugin I am using is designed for an old version of recurring payments. And that I should only have to provide my recurring username and password for the API to connect. Is this the case? Is there a work-around or an update? I only just recently purchased the plugin.

Currently, I have paypal payments standard activated. This works fine, even for recurring payments, but my clients are all required to create a paypal account. Even if they are paying with CC. This is not ideal.

    Please advise.

    The site is phillyinlove.com/wedding-vendors/
    phillyinlove.com/wedding-vendors/add-listing/ for testing.

To set it up, you must have the PayPal Pro legacy account with DPRP installed.
