PayPal requires sign up for PayPal Account

    Anybody has experienced the same problem? When user chooses to pay with a debit/credit card instead of payment with PayPal account – before finalizing the transaction -PayPal forces the user to sign up for the account. I checked my PayPal account settings and everything seems to be setup correctly. PayPal is saying that sometimes the issue is with 3-rd party add-on? Any recommendations? I need to be using PayPal as this is the only option for auto-renewals.
