PayPal – Successful Payments Still Sitting At "Draft"

    Se up a 0.05c package… just to do some testing on PayPal. Payment works ON on Paypal… you are redirected back to my website OK… listing created but still sitting at “DRAFT”. Is there some IPN stuff I need to do in PayPal…or just configure the GD PayPal setting to be my PayPal email address.
