    Hello,
    I change to use Geodirectory avada child

    I haven’t any more “all listing” , “add listing” “places” in the menu avada-child.
    (with geo framework someone have had reinstalled it, so I still don’t know how to set them again 🙂 ( virtual page are there, this time)

    and I do not have google map on the home page and wigdget the search?

    I use wordpress 3.9
    the last version avada and geodirectory

    I read a lot of topics but I can’t find a solution….I need your help

    Hi,

    whenever you change theme, the options are reset.

    For the menu items, you need to make sure a menu is selected for the themes main navigation in appearance >> menu. The same has to be selected in GD >> design >> navigation >> Show geodirectory navigation in selected menu locations

    For the home page widgets go to GD >> design >> home and make sure the top section is enabled than go to Appearance >> Widget and add the GD map and GD search widget to GD Home Top Section.

    for the map in homepage, i tried , should i choose geodirectory home page as your home ?, i followed your directive , but , here this is the night …. i will try again and more awake tomorrow.

    hi,

    I do not succeed for the map home page.

    I wanted set as home page home>> “home style magazine 3” with the map instead of the slider on the left.

    But i don’t understand how to install in first “home style magazine 3….should I see with you or avada about of this home page.

    Hi Val, you have to choose whether you want to use GD Home page as the homepage of your site, or not. You cannot have the map on your site’s home page unless you use set GD > Design > Home > Use GD as homepage.

    Hello Gusust

    I tried
    GD > Design > Home > Use GD as homepage

    and in widget maps home page in top page GD
    but only the menu , and I have Blog page.

    In listing I have the good page , with map in the side bar

    In reglage >> lecture

    you had a static page selected as home. I disabeld that and now the GD home has taken over.
