Permalink Options

    Looking over the docs on the GD site, it says that Permalinks should be set to the Postname configuration for GD to work properly.

    I want to have a blog alongside the actual GD portion, and in doing this, I noticed that it placed all blog posts in the root of the site: example.com/some-post/

    However, I would like to have a custom permalink that would place them more like: example.com/blog/some-post/
    or
    example.com/2014/07/some-post/

    Are either or both of these possible? Will they present any issues going forward?

    Hello Brian,

    on my test site I’ve set the permalinks with /year/month, so each blog post will have the structure /2014/07/some-post

    GD will maintain its individual structure like /places/country/region/city/category/place/
