Phone number placement is different on sites

OK, this is odd. I’m trying to combine my sites and trying to get the same look on my main site that I have on one of my smaller sites. On my smaller site, I have the listing with the social media icons, website link and phone number ABOVE the slider.
In my main site (a new install and setup), I can only get the phone number to appear in the tabs, underneath the slider

It’s gotta be a setting, but I’ve gone over and over these two sites side by side and I can’t seem to find the difference
