I hope it is ok to ask this here but I could do with some advice.
I found some php.suspected files in one site on my server. What is the best way to clean this up? I’m sure people here will know the best solution. I keep getting 502 and 504 errors so assume this might be the cause. They are in the httpdocs directory outside of wp-admin/wp-contents etc.
    Many thanks,
    Sue
    PS Would you recommend Wordfence?

You can contact your host for advice about suspicious files on your server.

Other members may have recommendations about Wordfence, or your suspicious files.
