    Hi support,

After the last update (to 1.5.9) it was all working.

Since yesterday though the pins on the map on the Search Results Page do not bounce anymore as they used to behave.

In opera I get this error in the Console:
    Failed to parse SourceMap: http://iallgaeu.de/wp-content/plugins/geodir_gd_booster/jquery.barrating.min.js.map

Could you comment how to overtake this error? Is this error why the pins changed their behavior?

    Thanks.

I think that is related to somd other pinpoint errors reported, I’ll get Paolo to have a closer look at this.

    Hi Guust,

Thanks a lot! Looking forward for paolo’s comment.

It is strange because I even didn’t know this feature is there. It started working with the latest update on our website (1.5.9.). I was so happy to see how the search results list reflects on the map with the bouncing pins.

And it went again :(. It is a cool feature as I am working on to bring the layout a bit more like “foursquare”-style.

    hi,

that’s been changed in Core for Supreme. Before you had to hover the pinpoint link to see it happen.

I don’t see any error with Firefox in console. Does it work if you disable GD Booster momentarely?

If yes, please provide admin credentials and we will have a look.

Probably another script (did you install anything new?) is crating a conflict.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

    hi, paolo,

I disabled the GD booster. In Firefox, I also don’t get any errors.

Now the error message in Opera changed, showing simply the original path to the file:

    Failed to parse SourceMap: http://iallgaeu.de/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-assets/js/jquery.barrating.min.js.map

In Firefox a get an error that a stylesheet couldn’t be loaded – the fontawesome.css from maxcdn.

Have you seen anything like this before?

I was installing the Affiliate Plugin and its Geodirectory Add-on, as well as an online chat plugin.

I cannot say if they are related to the problem as I deactivated them but this didn’t change the current situation. (Of course all caches were cleaned before every new check.)

    Looking forward for advises.

Now the pin is bouncing again.

Did you changed anything on the site?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    message from the developer:

There is no any bug in that.
After enabling GeoDirectory -> Design -> Listings -> Hover listing map animation (Bounce map pin if listing hovered), the pinpoint bounce on map working fine.

I didn’t even know they added an option for this 🙂 You had probably disabled it without noticing.

    Now we both know,

    Thanks
