place and category

    Hi,

    I Don’t understand how to attach one place to one category

    I created 3 places. One has “attractions” category (I don’t know how ?) and 2 others have no category. So the 2 last places are not on GD Home map

    My web site will have only one category “Parcs” (for the moment I didn’t translate it, I let “attractions”)

    Hope You’ll understand my problem.

    Hello Julie,

    Thanks for joining us here in the forum and writing in with your issue.

    Please make sure each place has a category. Category is a required field.

    Sorry but I don’t see the “required field” category on my WP dashboard when I create a place.
    Could you send me a screenshot of that field ?
    Or is it a matter of general settings ?

    I had desactivated the field, now it is reactivated 😉
