Place Attachment HTTP Error

    I am using Child Theme 1280, and unable to load any attachments via the Place Attachment from the Post. I am able to upload images and media via media upload no problem.

    I have the same setup on another website, same host (Godaddy), same settings.

    What is the solution to get this working. Currently clients would not be able to add pictures to their listings.
