    1.How can i change the display of “place detail” page in mobile screen from dropdown to tab or list?
    2.How to set up badge for place tags and category to show in “place detail” page?

    1. GD Single Tabs has an option to Show as list. I recommend you try that.

    2. Most people want to display categories and tags with either GD Single Taxonomy or GD Post Meta.

    Try those out as widgets first then use the shortcode builder if needed.
