place page not found…

    hi guys, long time no see 🙂

    i installed wpgeodirectory on a website, the free version worked until i needed the location manager, so i took a subscription and installed some plugins

    now all places are not found, i changed and set back the permalinks with no luck…

    could you please help?

    Hi Pat,

    Thanks for your post. Could you please grant me “Administrative” access to your Website? Also, please try resaving your permalinks again https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/permalinks/#404 and see if it fixes it.

    i tried the permalinks and also wiped the cache with no luck

    I have done the following:

    1. Open the settings at: WordPress – Settings – Permalinks

    2. Choose a different setting for your GeoDirectory permalinks, then save.

    3. On reload, switch back to the setting you had before, and save again.

    4. Check the page to see if the issue persists – FIXED

    Re-Save the Permalinks by adjusting, saving, then restoring and saving again.

    GeoDirectory uses custom permalinks and when changes are made to plugins or settings, in some cases you may need to re-save the permalinks to apply the new patterns to the URLs for your listings.
