Place Settings – Custom Field Reset?

    Hi, when trying to add for example, a phone number field to my map bubble, I will put in all the information and then after clicking save, it just resets and doesn’t save. If I refresh the page the phone number field disappears. why is it doing this? I’m not getting any kind of error message.

    How did you delete all the default custom fields?
    You can de-activate them but should not delete them.

    I didnt delete them? I hadn’t even touched them until like yesterday? Thats weird.

    Dont have access to it at the moment, were you able to figure out if we could add the phone number/facebook and such or is that why you need FTP?
