    Hi All,

I have an existing Place in postcode 60327 (Germany).

I just wanted now to add a second place in 60325, which doesnt work as I understand given the postcode being different, which requires the Multilocation add-on.

However, as I’m currently still in testing phase and just wanted to add a second dummy place, I changed the postcode to the same as for the first location (i.e. 60327) and I still get the error message: “Please choose any address of the (Frankfurt) city only.”

Could anyone help, why this error still pops up?

    Many thanks,
    David

    Hi,

as long as you don’t have the location manager you can only add listing with address within the default location. The zip code is only one part of the address.

    Thanks

    Hi Paolo,

Even with the same address details as per my first location I get the error, but I think its because my default location is the city center of Frankfurt (Germany) while the addresses are outside of the center.

So I understand that an error comes up for the second location because it is outside the city center. However, the first location deviates from the city center as well, so I thought that naturally the 2nd location with the same address details (outside of the city center would work as well). It’s a bit odd but perhaps there is one free pass for the first Place to deviate from default location.

I think overall this is really a bit too restrictive – at least the same postcode should work so that users can test this sufficiently before purchasing the location manager.

    Cheers
    David

    Hi Paolo,

I have purchased the full membership and the location manager is installed.

    It all works now!

    Best,
    David
