Placing the category field above the price option.

Hello, currently when a user adds a place, the price option is the first field they see and after they select a price, the category field proceeds displaying all of the categories, not excluded in the chosen price. We would like to reverse the order as our customers would rather first choose the category that best fits their business and then select the price options that are available for that category.

I checked under the place settings however, I could not find a way to put the category field above the pricing field.

Could you please tell me how I can do this.
