PLEASE HELP – Bought Prices and Payment Addon Now Can't Access Site

    Hi,

    I have a site running the latest Geodirectory and everything was fine until I bought the Prices and Payment addon. I uploaded the zip file in the Add New Plugins section (I assumed this was how to install because the installation instructions page is only avalable to people subscribing for everything which seems extremely unfair unless I’ve missed some other page). After clicking ‘Activate’ I just get a blank screen or 500 internal server error. The site frontend seems fine as I can browse pages but as soon as I tr to go into WP dashboard I get 500 errors so I can’t do anything.

    Can someone please help and please share instructions for installing. I intend to purchase another addon but I’m stuck.

    Okay, just figured out how to sync my purchase so I can see the Prices and Payments Support Forum now. Perhaps this post can be moved there?

    I have just deleted the Prices and Payments addon folder using FTP and I can now log in again but what should I do regarding getting the plugin to work?

    Okay, tried reinstalling again. Seemed to upload fine but again, after clicking the ‘Activate’ link it goes to a blank screen. I’m running the X theme, Geodirectory 1.5.1 and using FireFox.

    Make sure all GD plugins are the latest. GD 1.5.1 is not the latest, so they might not work together.

    If still stuck, post your URL and admin details, so we can have a check for you.

    Okay, I’m an idiot. For some reason I thought I had the latest version. Have updated and the install of the addon looks to haveworked. Many thanks Guust! I’m off to find a soft wall to headbut that won’t cause too much damage.
