Please help getting this error when try and activate geodirectory plugin

    Hi
    I renewed my license today and am moving over from Geotheme to geodirectory.
    when i tried to install geodirectory plugin, it installed fine, but then i got the following error when i activated it.
    can anyone help please?

    Hi there,

    Could you try deactivating the Geotheme and see if it works? If not, please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    It worked once I turned the geotheme theme off and put onto another theme. thanks for your help.
    can i recover my colour scheme, layout etc a quick way at all?

    Hi there,

    If you refer to this section of the documentation, it clearly states that you have to switch to a non-GT theme and would suggest Directory Starter. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/geotheme-to-geodirectory-conversion-tutorial/ . Then, you can start customizing the design on your own using custom CSS or the available GD options.
