Plugin & Framework Updates

    Hello: I just downloaded and installed the framework, the child theme and plugin extensions. All plugins including the framework have updates. However when I click update nothing happens. After researching I learned I needed to add my user name and password in the auto updates section so I did this and I still can’t perform updates.

    Hi Randi,

    do you get any error messages? I will flag this for Paolo as i am just finishing for the night, but worst case scenario is you would have to update via FTP.

    Hi: Here is the error message: An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Review Rating Manager: Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Please check GeoDirectory>Auto Updates and that your membership is active. Internal Server Error

    You will need to enter your login details for this site in the Auto Updates page in the main GeoDirectory page.
