Plugin issue with theme

I have a jupiter theme. I’m receiving an email and the site is broken.
Please help to fix the issue.

Thanks for your post. Could you login to your server using FTP and rename the “geodir_ajax_duplicate_alert” plugin folder? Then, share both WP and FTP access here in private reply and we’ll check what’s going on.
