I’m getting a Update Failed: ( more info ) – Download failed. Unauthorized

error when I try to update all my plugins. The license area is green but will not let me re-enter the license key. It only allows deactivate. Is there a way to reset all my license keys, or do I have to reinstall all of the plugins. And if I do have to reinstall them, will I lose any of the data or configuration I have completed so far?

FYI – My licenses are not expired! 🙂

FYI – I just tried deleting all of the plugins and reinstalling them after a site backup, and I’m still getting the same thing when I try to update.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jeffrey,

You should never have to re-install any plugins, the licenses are usually able to be deactivated and then activated with new licenses.

Alternatively, we are about to release a plugin that is designed to resolve these issues, if you would like to try you can install this plugin manually
    http://ayecode.io/ayecode-connect.zip
Then go to Dashboard > AyeCode Connect.

once connected the plugin will auto sync your licences.

Yes- that was my thought too. Thanks for the heads up on the new plugin. I will give it a whirl. If that doesn’t work can the current licenses be deleted from the DB?

This worked! I had to manually delete the plugins via FTP, but then reinstalled them after connecting the ayecode plugin and they activated just fine!

    Nice little plugin!
