Hello, I purchased a plugin called Revive Old Post (Former Tweet Old Post) to tweet listings automatically. However, it crashed the website so I had to go & delete the plugin from webhosting files. I got an error message with something about TGMPA.
I contacted the plugin designer who told me to contact the theme designer and this is what they said:

Please contact your theme developer and tell them update their TGMPA plugin to the latest version so your theme could work with our plugin. For now you can get access back to your website by logging to your server via FTP and going to wp-content/plugins/tweet-old-post-pro and rename the folder to something like tweet-old-post-pro1 this will auto deactivate the plugin and you will get access back to your website, do not rename the folder back to the original until your theme developer could confirm that they have updated the TGMPA script.

Can you advise/help? Update TGMPA? Thanks

    Hi there,

I’ve just checked with our developer and he mentioned that you have to contact the TGMPA support regarding the issue since the error message you received contains an “error message with something about TGMPA.” Also, it would be better if you could share a screenshot of the error message and here’s where you can report this. https://github.com/TGMPA/TGM-Plugin-Activation/issues

    Thanks!

    Hi,

what theme are you using if I may ask?

I’m not 100% sure, but I don’t think we ever integrated that plugin in any of our themes.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

I’ve flagged this for Stiofan, apparently he knows more about it than me.

    He’ll let you know asap.

    Thanks

Okay, thanks. The theme I’m using is GDF Modern. I’m just going by what they say – the developers at TGMPA and the Revive Old Post (for Twitter).

I want to be able to tweet listings which are custom posts and the only plugin I can find that does this is the Revive Old post plugin.

I would need FTP info, the files i need to change are too deep for the wp editor to reach.
