    Hello:

    I am excited to use your plugin however after I installed it, my home page slider stopped working. After I deactivated the plugin the slider re-appeared. What can I do to make the plugin work with my existing theme? 3181connect (dot) com.

    Hi Randi,

    it is possible that the plugin is creating a conflict with your theme slider javascript.

    We would need to have a look at it to be able to fix it.

    Can you please provide both FTP and wp admin credentials in a private reply?

    I’ll ask Vikas to have a look and report to you.

    Hi Randi,

    not all moderators have access to emails, which are used uniquely for pre-sales questions.

    It’s highly probable that your email got lost, reason why nobody followed up and I aologize about that.

    To get proper support, you have to write your credentials in a reply to this topic and click next to “set as private reply”. This will make your reply visibile only to moderators, and we will be able to follow up.

    Just FYI, in the next few days, probably thursay we will release a new version that will make it much much easier to make the plugin compatible with any theme.
