    Hi,

I keep getting this error message when trying to update the main plugin:

Update Failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.

I can update everything else (addons, other plugins, WP itself) fine, and our tech expert had a look and couldn’t find anything unusual about the permissions. Could you take a look please? I’ll send details in next post.

    Thanks,
    Laura

    Hi Laura,

It looks like at some point someone has uploaded our dev version from github, most likely via ftp, i guess it is a file owner permission rather than a file permissions problem. If you can’t fix it please provide FTP info and i will see if there is anything i can do or at least narrow down the problem.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

    Hi,

Happy new year! Has anyone had time to look at this issue please? As I said earlier, we’ve not downloaded anything from GitHub, unless you did something when you fixed one of our earlier problems?
    Cheers,
    Laura
