Plugin update failed

    Hi,

    I keep getting this error message when trying to update the main plugin:

    Update Failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.

    I can update everything else (addons, other plugins, WP itself) fine, and our tech expert had a look and couldn’t find anything unusual about the permissions. One of you fixed an earlier issue for us, so I wonder whether that might be causing the issue (I think the timing would fit)? Could you take a look please? I’ll send site details in next post.

    Hi,

    this is due to file permissions and I’ve seen this happening only to another member.
